		<description>This is a refreshing take on the satisfactions of the PTA - something I confess I associate mainly with being dragooned into a 2-hour slot on the potted plant sale.  Then again, I have no administative side to my brain, so perhaps I should settle for the feelings of righteous doing-good that come with selling an  extra marigold -</description>
