		<description>Dear me - I shall the fair and freckly and family history factors and hadn&#039;t realized I should be seeing a dermatologist OR monitoring my own skin!  Clearly I would have benefited from more of this non-nannying approach!</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve had doctors who actively discouraged me from taking any responsibility for my own health.  The UK system sounds much saner in that regard.
